Position 1:PM Intern
Roles & Responsibilities
VE team is a product team that ships online mapping product (http://ditu.live.com), we’re looking for PM intern.
Required Qualifications:
If you are
1. Strong project management skills, preferably past experience in a non-course work project
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Chinese and English)
3. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
4. Strong passion for technology, skills with Microsoft technologies is a plus.
5. BS/BA degree in CS or related fields, MS degree preferred.
6. Education or project experience in mapping technology is a big plus, but not required.
7. More than 3 months full-time with Supervisor's permission.
Position 2:General Search Platform Construction (Intern)
Roles & Responsibilities
We are recruiting interns to work on general search platform construction.
Required Qualifications:
If you are
1. Strong coding capability (C/C++). Have the experience of construction real project.
2. Familiar with Web search, data mining is a big plus
3. Familiar with distributed system is a big plus
4. More than 3 months full-time with Supervisor's permission
5. Good communication skill, patient and easy to get along with;
Position 3:Software Development Engineer (Intern)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Participate in design and feature implementation
2. Use technical tools to make a product vision a reality
3. Design efficient data structures and algorithms and write code to develop next-generation distributed systems and applications
4. Work with Program Managers and Software Development Engineers in Test to design and develop quality search services
Required Qualifications:
1. BS/MS/Ph.D candidate in Computer Science or related technical field
2. Experience in programming in C++/Java or other computer programming languages
3. Familiar with managing complex project schedules, solving complex problems, and nurturing cross-group collaboration
4. Strong technical prowess, including understanding of algorithms, systems architecture, and end user experience
5. Long-term and full-time preferred (with your supervisor's approval)
Position 4:Software Development Engineer in Test (Intern)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Design & Implement test plans, test cases, tools, and conduct testing;
2. Design & Implement distributed applications based on Internet scale data set
3. Work with Program Manager and Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automation systems for use in development and testing cycles
Required Qualifications:
1. BS/MS/Ph.D candidate in Computer Science or related technical field
2. Experience in programming in C/C++/C#/VB.NET and developing testing tools
3. Ability to solve complex problems and write automation tools/systems
4. Have ability to author test plans and test cases, conduct security and system tests, and debug at source level after identifying, investigating, and prioritizing bugs
5. Attention to details and demonstrated skills in negotiation and conflict management
6. Long-term & full-time preferred (with your supervisor's approval)
Position 5:Program Manager (Intern)
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Drive the technical vision, design and implementation of next-generation Internet Search features
2. Transform the product vision into elegant designs
3. Manage feature sets throughout the product lifecycle
4. Work with Software Development Engineer and Software Development Engineer in Test to develop new products
Required Qualifications:
1. BS/MS/Ph.D candidate in Computer Science or related technical field
2. Experience of programming in C++/Java, or other computer programming languages preferred
3. Familiar with managing complex project schedules, solving complex problems, and nurturing cross-group collaboration
4. Strong technical prowess, including understanding of algorithms, systems architecture, and end-user experience
